Experienced life sciences executive with expertise in pharmaceutical launch planning, commercial leadership and sales force development.

Bill began his career with Schering Plough in 1985. He was promoted through the ranks of District Trainer, Hospital Sales Specialist and District Manager, into executive sales management. Bill directed the Key Pharmaceutical field sales organization through the climb of Claritin, K- Dur , Im-Dur and Vanceril. Bill served as Director of Managed Markets before being promoted to Marketing Director of Asthma Health Management. In this strategic role, Bill shifted a traditional sales team into an educationally focused consultative team with the mission of patient identification and delivery of guideline based respiratory health management tools. After 17 years of service, Bill was recruited from Schering Plough to work on the service side of the pharmaceutical industry, contract sales. Bill helped his previous company improve their performance in customer satisfaction surveys from 59% to 90% over his tenure based on improved quality of service. Bill led the launch both operationally and strategically for many national deployments covering a variety of products and therapeutic areas. Bill has also been a key executive leading the strategy and launch of various types of contract sales teams within different industries and business models including pharma products, consumer products, devices, wound care, animal health, clinical education and MSLs. Bill’s successful commercial leadership is well documented and he has been awarded presidents club from 2 major corporations.
